Our Warranty

We want your experience with Premium landscaping to be a positive one – from our first meeting to the last plant put in place. We make this possible by ensuring each client receives a premium warranty certificate outlining all our warranty details. It’s important to us to ensure our clients the highest level of work.

1.A one-year (1) one-time replacement warranty exists for all plant material supplied and installed by Premium landscape Inc. It is the owner’s/client’s responsibility to ensure adequate watering and maintenance of all plant material after installation. Some trees can take time to establish and Premium landscape Inc reserves the right to postpone replacement until it is certain the tree will not survive.

2. A three (3) year warranty exists on all workmanship performed by Premium landscape Inc provided that proper maintenance procedures are practiced.

3. Premium landscape Inc is not responsible for any damages from natural material changes such as staining discolouring, efflorescence, cracking, chipping, changes in shape that may occur on wood, poured-in-place concrete, precast concrete, asphalt, natural stone, concrete pavers or brick after installation. Premium landscape Inc is also not responsible for damages caused by de-icing salts or any other products applied to natural stone or concrete products.

4. Warranty work will not be completed until all contract payments are paid in full, all warranty work is done in the spring and fall season.

5. Client is responsible for maintaining a watering schedule for newly installed sod. Premium landscape Inc does not replace or warranty sod.
